About the event
This course includes four live online sessions, these will take place 18:00-19:00 on Monday 31st Aug, Tuesday 1st Sept, Wednesday 2nd Sept, Thursday 3rd Sept. You will receive instructions for things you will need (such as a straw or a raisin!) and you will be offered tasks to do at your leisure during the day times between the sessions.
I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for years and years in various guises and always felt that there is a natural connection between mindfulness and singing... they lend to each other, they are based on the breath and they are proven to help strenghen positive mental health and wellbeing. After having completed a diploma in mindfulness meditation I am now excited to have developed this course to share my very own approach to combining these disciplines. Through the online sessions we will explore tried and tested mindfulness and meditation techniques.…
